👉स्टोरकीपर क्या है?
छोटे से सब्द में : एक व्यक्ति जो वेयरहाउस या साइट पे सभी प्रकार की सामग्री प्राप्त करता है और सुरक्षित स्थान पर यानि वेयरहाउस या साइट स्टोर में रखता है और स्टॉक उपलब्धता की जांच करता है उसे स्टोरकीपर कहा जाता है।
Storekeeper - नौकरी का विवरण:
एक स्टोरकीपर, सबसे पहले साइट की आवश्यकता के अनुसार एक अनुरोध/मांग प्राप्त करता है। साथ ही सेहत स्टोर या वेयरहाउस में सामग्री प्राप्त करने के बाद सुरक्षित स्थान पर रखता है । साइट के अनुसार डिलीवरी नोट को स्टॉक में रखता है।
अगर किसी को स्टोर से सामग्री लेने की जरूरत है, अगर कोई इसे लेता है तो स्टोरकीपर को स्टॉक आउट में रखा जाना चाहिए, और सामिग्री लेने के लिए materials request की जरुरत पड़ती है। materials request मिलने के बाद ही सामिग्री ( materials ) जारी करता है।
सामग्री का स्थानांतरण:
यदि अन्य साइट को सामग्री की आवश्यकता है तो स्टोरकीपर सामग्री को किसी अन्य साइट पर भेजने के लिए एक स्थानांतरण पत्र खुद बनता है जिसे हम transfer note या materials issuance voucher बोलते है।
Scaffolding Department में भी स्टोरकीपर काम काम होता है जो की किराये के materials या company के materials को स्थान्तरित करते है और उसका In - Out बनाते है। साथ ही साथ उसकी पूरी जानकारी रखते है की कितना materials गया है और वापस आया है।
