Why Does Motorcycle & Scooter Produces White Smoke During The Initial Start Of The Engine

Some bikes and scooters produces white smoke during start of the engine for a few minutes. If this goes away in a couple of minutes, it is just moisture in the exhaust that is normal. Combustion produces water vapor as a by product. This water vapor collects in the muffler until the exhaust system and muffler become hot enough to vaporize it completely. This is why this white exhaust goes away after a few minutes.

Thank you sir, very useful information, i seen occassionally smoke coming out of my glamour bike silencer for 3-5 seconds in morning or after long time parking,then no smoke while riding, i went to mechanic to show bike, he said it is a bore repair and costs 7k. This video gave clear information why smoke coming out from silencer for few seconds and then no smoke while riding. Keep doing more ❤️👏👏
