Nice description sir.During viva ,many students get nervous and forget these so we used to use mnemonics LAP PED (child in lap) to say lie, attitude, presentation,presenting part,engaging diameter ,denominator position and describe accordingly and EDFICERE for steps of cardinal movements of labour....

sir, i can not find anywhere the reason behind Occipito anterior being the most common position. why is occipito anterior more common as compared to Occipito posterior? and why does a deflexed head favor occipito post??

The occipito anterior position is more common as the concave foetal position will fit the mother's convex lumbar portion of vertebral column

Aira Kaine in a way both. In any attitude of head BPD is engaging diameter. But for each attitude the engaging diameter and circumference is different.
