I own the scourge figure myself and I find my right foot is somewhat loose to come off, but the rest of it holds together very well. Think the loose parts is a manufacturing issue, which is also probably a requirement to get that hasbro endorsement

sime advice on removing the face (with out the mask) You can solve the sword down his mouth and then push up and then face will pop right out
