31:25 Cycling on the wrong side of the road is illegal in belgium (and the Netherlands too btw) unless its clearly indicated it's a two way cycle path. They even pass a CLEAR "no entry for cyclists" sign. SO annoying when tourists do this. Just because there's a bike path doesnt mean you can just cycle anywhere. Please, even when biking, follow the rules of the road...
