Pirates Moon keeps crashing as i launch the mission, besides that it works so far. Any help would be appreciated. MEchwarior 3 works, beat the game. I'm using the same DGVooDoo set up for PM and still get the crash when clicking launch mission.

It works in instant action but crashes on campaign?

@@ppmguire I got it working it's important to go in game in the graphics settings and turn it to voodoo as well the textures to 8mb

@@ultramutt3645 Yes I mention this in my final tutorial video. I also mention to launch the game vanilla before applying Dgvoodoo. After your comment I tried my own again and noticed it isn't launching at all. I then discovered that PM doesn't include the high fidelity sound file so I'm in the process of making my own rip.

can someone help me with my mechwarrior 3 problem? when i start a instant action game or any game my screen just starts to glitch out into 1000 frames rubbing on the screen! don't know how to fix it..been searching for hours for a fix but never found any... i wander if i did something wong?

Do you have a tutorial for resident evil 1 pc? 3dfx and all those cards are the black sheep for new pcs. the game runs faster than it should be (cinematics usually and some parts of the game,specially the last part) I have tried a lot of times to run the game correctly, but nothing worked, patches, copy the disc to a new folder and install, add new patches, change video card options, etc, etc. Still have a thin black line (not big deal, but fuck... and the frame rate speed up) I don´t know if this emulator will work or other.

I have no experience with running that game. Are you talking about an original copy or the Resident Evil / Biohazard HD remaster on Steam?

@@ppmguire Original virgin interactive ( 1997 version) I downloaded patches for modern operative systems and nope, I´ve even downloaded a version hoping the game will worked (a patched version) and no, same problem persist. I thought it was something wrong with my original disc (it´s a bit scratched but the installation worked every time I tried), I discarded that problem since the Nonoriginal LOL had the same issue. Actually, it´s a common thing (I read a lot of comments and forums) and several people had the same problem (another common one is the lack of audio but I did not have ´such thing. Seems to me that only the windows 8 worked with the new patches but not for windows 7. Ah, damn, well, thanks for the answer, man.

No. I have a newer video posted showing step by step and launching the game in real time. Before the recording it gave me the same thing asking if I wanted to keep the file. It's clean, as is the possible false positive on the 1911reg file in the MW3 rip folder.

@@ppmguire I get the game to launch by clicking the top left box in the dirctx label on dg voodoo, but then crashes upon launch into a mission. Oh well, maybe ill try the zip file and see if that works.

@@TimberWulfIsHere Are you using the rip off abandonware or a CD/ISO install? I would completely clear your machine of all Mech3. Check to make sure Win10 has Directplay feature installed. Unzip the RIP copy off abandonware, and click that 1911 file inside the folder. Then try to launch the game vanilla with nothing else. If it launches great change your res to 1024x768 then try to launch instant action. If it goes through it'll be jacked up just close out of the game. Then copy over Dgvoodoo and set your appropriate settings and try the game that way again. Use enumerate refresh on the first tab and on the DX tab make sure your native res is set and a 59/60hz refresh (sometimes 120/144hz monitors will show 59 instead of 60hz). Don't use any other program to limit frames, and make sure vsync is selected per the video. This should work as I've gotten this method to work on numerous machines by zipping my installed copy and copying them over for testing. (Intel/AMD CPUs and Nvidia/AMD GPUs were tested in these machines).
