enjoyed this vlog sm🤍 i’m trying to incorporate the gym into my routine as well and i was wondering if you had any tips on what to consider before taking that step or just tips on how to balance it with the stress of med school :)

i’m glad to hear that! one thing that has worked well for me is 1) going at the same time/day every week (ie. I always go after CBL so i don’t need to plan it into my schedule and i just go) and 2) finding a friend to workout with which will also keep you accountable 🤍
