+MarcoGamer640 Productions 2012-2015 I think 2008 was the last hurrah (when Fallout 3, my personal favorite which has yet to be dethroned, was released). But I also agree. My family had to pull me away from this game was so obsessed with it. Heck, this was more than a game, it was a piece of art!

Jack Van Kirk 2008.... World at War, Far Cry 2, Fallout 3, guitar hero world tour. Omfg I miss those days. I remember getting fallout 3 for christmas. I was so obsessed with it because it felt so big and endless. But the world is much smaller than I thought back then. Still, New Vegas and 4 aren't as good as 3.

Talon Diwisch while it might be true that moh 1999 and allied assault’s soundtracks were more energetic, I think that frontline’s fit more with its game. Like doom’s soundtrack was miles more energetic than these but it wouldn’t have fit at all.

I love this score so damn much. The rollicking, galloping melodies of "Shipyards of Lorient" mixed with the tender, somber sounds of "The Knights of Arnhem." This game would be practically nothing without this soundtrack from Giacchino. It had an immense effect on me as a kid, and still does today as an adult. I can't think of any video game score that surpasses this one...

Allied infantry always welcomed the sight of a Sherman tank. It's combination of speed, firepower, and quick repair, made it an invaluable ground weapon. The sheer number of Sherman's in the field usually allowed Allied generals to count on armored superiority. However, not all the Sherman tank specs were ideal. It was thinly armored and caught fire easily. In addition, its cannon was not large enough to pierce more heavily armored enemy tanks, a weakness not shared by the German Tiger. Fortunately, evolving teamwork between ground spotters, artillery, and the Army Air Force, meant no Tiger was impenetrable, thus helping the Sherman's rule the day.

4:30 - 6:10 is my most favorite part in this song as its played in Medal of Honor Airborne when you are escaping the Der Flaktum while running past the Nazi Storm Elite soldiers, which are tough ass guys I have to admit. Ive been trying to find that piece in the Airborne piece, but I guess they didnt bring it, which is sad, cause thats the most epic piece in that whole game.
@mrbronson5333
@mrbronson5333 4 жыл бұрын
Running past the Nazi Storm elites is nearly impossible because you are outnumbered It’s 7 against one adding a couple officers. They would kill you in less than 1 second. Better to lure them over toward you and throw Gammon Grenades at them. 2 takes care of each one.

I had never beaten this game before I had beaten Airborne, (just mostly played bits and pieces of multiplayer with my brothers when I was younger) so I was all disappointed that the song wasn’t on the Airborne soundtrack because I thought it was made for that game. Turns out I was wrong after playing through the remastered version of this on PS3. Now I just bought the Frontline soundtrack and I’m happy because it’s awesome. Same thing actually happened with some other tracks as well, that I now realize we’re from the original Medal of Honor and Underground.

no. medal of honors music was wrote for the game itself, as if it was actually discribing the things that were happening around you. you couldnt put the music into any other game and thats what makes it unique.

Setzer: I need more Comp-B! *Travers meets up with Setzer and Wirth* Setzer: Travers. Just like old times, huh? Wirth: Ready, sir. Setzer: Double check the wires, then triple check 'em. Wirth: Yes, sir. Setzer: Through that sewer is our exit route. As soon as Private Wirth is done checking the wires, we'll meet up with the demo unit who's ready to blow this thing. *German soldiers run across the catwalks* _"I hear them!!"_ *Wirth looks towards the catwalks next to them and turns to Travers and Setzer* Setzer: Into the sewer! C'mon! *Setzer and Wirth make a run for the sewer with Travers following behind them* *4:07*

Sadly after making it to the end of the sewers Wirth and Setzer die after a fight with 4 Germans. Setzer tried to reach for the hellbox before he dies just short of it.

war games nowadays like COD rely strictly on multiplayer and not enough about storyline, music, and drama. Homefront tried it and was an exciting experience but it fell flat because it was too short. This is a prime example of why this series and this game inpreticular set the bar so high for wargames. The music was epic, you wanted to strangle sturmgeist, and the game was about the war and the heroes in it, not about what prestige you are and what your K/D ratio is.
