Reading the comments tells me wayyyyy more people than I could have expected had the same or very similar experience as I did. I also played these games with my dad, who is now deceased. Medal of Honor Frontline, Rising Sun, and European Assault, as well as Call of Duty: Big Red One. SOCOM: US Navy Seals, among some others I'm probably forgetting. He passed right before my 13th birthday leaving me with a lot of what ifs. I'm watching these long plays now and man it brings me back, whether that is a good thing or not. Thanks for uploading and taking the time to play these clunky old games lol.

So much memories of the Medal Of Honor series and this is one of my favorite games, you should know ladies and gentlemen, The OSS ((Offices Of Strategic Services)) does exist, it formed in June 13th, 1942 and dissolved in September 20th, 1945. The director of the OSS is Major General William "Wild Bill" Donavan, a medal of honor recipient, a veteran of the great war and a trusted friend of the former US President Franklin D. Roosevelt. By September 18th, 1947 ((2 years later)) OSS became the CIA ((Central Intelligence Agency)) a lot of Characters of this game series and other games joins the OSS: 1- Jimmy Patterson ((Medal Of Honor, Medal Of Honor: Underground, Medal Of Honor: Frontline and Medal of Honor: Heroes)) 2- Joseph Griffin ((Medal Of Honor: Rising Sun and Medal of Honor: Heroes)) 3- William Holt ((Medal Of Honor: European Assault, Medal Of Honor: Heroes)) 4- Mike Powell ((Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault)) 5- John Berg ((Medal Of Honor: Heroes 2)) 6- John Baker ((Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault Breakthrough and Medal of Honor: Heroes)) 7- Jake Murphy ((Medal Of Honor: Infiltrator)) 8- Manon Batiste ((Medal Of Honor, Medal Of Honor: Underground, Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault, Medal Of Honor: European Assault, Medal Of Honor: Frontline, Medal Of Honor: Heroes and Medal of Honor: Above And Beyond)) 9- Karl Fairbune ((Sniper Elite series))

The only FPS WWII shooter to feature a mission in the Philippines. The Philippines saw some of the bloodiest battles during the war especially the battle of Manila (worse than Stalingrad) yet developers over the years continue to ignore its significance.

Gentlemen while it is fascinating to debate this I’d argue it’s a moot point considering the fact that both battles were traumatic to a large degree and comparing them to one another is doing a disservice to them. They were both brutal battles in their own right.
