@@DavdBlack wow! So in preparation for the MCAT you need three months off from work and school? That’s crazy!!!

@@muffin74216 So I have heard. I am not a medical school student. From the research I did and other KZbin videos. The general consensus is that you should do 6 hours minimum. You bump it up to 10hrs and down to 3-4 hours depending on the stage you are in

I wish we knew the median score for matriculants, not the average...as it seems with overall MCAT scores, the average is a bit skewed higher relative to the median

A post graduate in engineering field from India can do MCAT and get an admission into medical school? Can you please make a video on the steps for applying to a medical school for International students.
@MedEdits3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the suggestion. It is very difficult for international students to gain admissions to US medical schools. We suggest you review the enrollment data via the MSAR from the AAMC.

how do my chances change if i'm a Canadian trying to get into US med schools? (scored 520+)
@jessfreedkatz14 жыл бұрын
You will need to apply to medical schools that consider international applicants. 520+ on the MCAT positions you very well.
@jessfreedkatz14 жыл бұрын
You should also get access to the MSAR which will give you information about how many international students actually matriculate: students-residents.aamc.org/applying-medical-school/applying-medical-school-process/medical-school-admission-requirements/
