Mate, hope your channel continues to grow. Your videos are really impressive and when I see all these impressions, I know once again why I fell deep in love with this country. Sad but true, the same cannot be said for my old home. In the western world, and especially here in Europe, many people are losing part of their joy in life. Higher, faster, further, and you don't even allow the mouse a little piece of cheese. Who drives a bigger and newer car? How often has the neighbor been on vacation this year? And are people really happier and more satisfied as a result? No, not really. I know both sides, having a lot, enough to live on and then losing it all again. I can't do this anymore, I don't want to do this anymore and instead of material things, bad feelings, worries and fears, I listen to my heart. My inner compass points in one direction, and that is Latin America. I still have a lot of work to do to improve my Spanish. And at the same time, I have the most wonderful woman by my side and with her an equally lovely family. Please stay as you are and if we ever run into each other in Colombia, you are cordially invited to have a cold drink. El que sigue la huella no se pierde. Dont beleive colombians blindly, almost 90% colombians are liars and cheaters. iam telling about my experience. I also loved one medellin girl blindly on social network, later i knew that she has a boyfriend and also a daughter already but before that already I lost around 2000 dollars by giving to her before knowing her cheating works. They act like good persons and well mannered but in reality they are trained cheaters and liars And YOU FROM WHICH COUNTRY ?

I spent the last 15 months in Medellin my visa expired and i left two daya ago. Watching this video gives me withdrawals i only been gone two days and missing Medellin already. I will be back once the new year comes so i will het another six months visa. Life in the USA is misrable especially after experiencing live in Colombia. I gotta figure out how i can live there forever. AK can I ask you what visa did you obtain and howblong did your visa last. How complicated was applying for your visa. Next time im in Colombia i probably need to find a wife ao i can stay forever

Unfortunately I didn't have any luck meeting a decent women the last year I've been in Colombia. I think I gotta raise the age of the women I'm seeking. Copacabana, wow, it's a surprise you went so far north because I live there. I always say that it is strange to see a foreigner here in the north because I am used to seeing all of you in the areas of El Poblado and Envigado when I go to work and I reiterate again that you being in the north is a rarity, because I have lived there all my life and I have only seen foreigners about 3 times.

There are many good things about Medellin. However, the abuse against the foreigners is too high, rents for people who come to visit the city are exploited by apartment owners and other premises, and at the same time is creating a financial conflict to the Colombian citizen

I've lived in Bogota and Medellin in neighborhoods where there weren't a lot of Americans if any. I now live in Santa Rosa coffee country where I grew coffee and ship it to my son at the farm and California to sell. The trouble with Medellin is too many gringos and foreigners they've driven the price to live there up to a point where the poorer Colombians can survive. The neighborhood I live in I am the only American it is a middle class neighborhood. The key to living in Columbia is you need to live like a Colombian. Leave your ego at home.

The amazing little girl looks so much like my daughter. I’m separated and my daughter and her mom who’s Colombian live in Colombia for the past 3 years. I am in Europe and try to find a way to move my earnings from online sources and be able to live in the countries where I have family members, Colombia being one. Would love to help this girl and her family whenever I’ll be back in Colombia and maybe she can meet my daughter and build a beautiful friendship. @@AKJoel I can see it. Plus English. I know, knowing Spanish is essential in Colombia 🇨🇴, but one has to start somewhere. Having a woman friend who is cute, smark, brave (still when going to that area) and speaks English looks like a gift from God. I visited Colombia twice in the past, but not luck. Oh well, there is always next time. I am definitely will be returning to Medellin. I have visited so many places in Colombia with my Colombian friends already, but still so many more to see and learn its histoty and culture. Viva Gran Colombia!
