But does the income test for non-MAGI Medical also include rental income that is gross income from a rental home or instead what your tax returns shows as net income? Net income from our rental is really low for our rentals, because it's in a poor low income, undesirable small town in the desert. After repairs, vacancies and depreciation, our taxable income is ridiculously low from the rentals. Your service sounds really worth it.
