I wish to know why only Bengaluru court continues to issue the gag orders. What has made it different from other courts. Why even the ex parte gag order is legal. Shouldn't the media houses be given the chance to present their side of the story?

Got to know of these gag orders from tnm's first few reportages on prajwal's case... Was surprised how callously such orders were given... Nice you're fighting it up in courts.... The capitalistic nature of this city makes it easily the injunction capital

Karnataka courts are very infamous. Remember Jayalalitha was released by a High Court judge on a wrong calculation for a simple addition? The whole reason the case was moved from TN to KA was for reasonable justice.
