media out error on zt610

I have a ZT610 and the supplies light keeps blinking. I have been looking to see how to clear it and have recalibrated the printer, and keep trying to get it to print, but it still doesn't. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just wanted to add- the supplies are loaded and I have had the sensors cleaned with air in a can.

You ever figure this out? I have one in production saying the same, but it has labels and it's been cleaned.
