Get yourself a police explorer look for one with a console for mounting scanners/ radios also consider amber lights for the rear window either alternating lights or a traffic director. If the local laws allow.

@seanconlin8712 I wish I could but that would cost a lot in gas and maintenance. Used police explorer vehicles tend to have a lot of wear and tear causing a lot of maintenance and repairs. I have wig wag lights on my dash and rear. Check out my first Stringer setup video. 🤘

@@RadioCheckk you maybe right but I used to own an ex cruiser. Think this way yes it may have been driven hard but it was well maintained. Look for an old traffic unit no lights on the roof with low mileage. They are around. Also look at an retired police Taurus those look for the ones that the detectives would have driven. They aren't driven as hard. Alot of stringers use ex police vehicles.

Buy yourself a ford explorer police suv. Youll have more space and a better setup

@@kermittheghostcar I wish! But that would cost a lot in gas. Plus, older explorers tend to have a lot of maintenance issues. I think I need a car that has the shifter on the steering wheel.
