Funeral director is not a norm in islam since its fardhu kifayah means in the religion the deceased is a responsibility of the community to manage until be bury. We cant make profit out of people grief. In Malaysia, the funeral cost is also bear by the mosque near the deceased home whereas the graveyard usually is free of charge since it is being donated by the people
