When you collect the energy bar from the faculty room, quickly get out and... well, try to survive. The Quarter is useful to give it to the bully. His real students knows the really hard question that everyone gets wrong, so baldi finds out who the imposter is and all the characters try to get rid of the imposter (so the imposter is actually the player).

Guys here is a tip: At the beginning of the game, get the notebook closest to the yellow door where Baldi starts chasing you when you get the third question wrong on your second notebook.
