Nostalgic Music... the kind that opens up old wounds and healed wounds Good times and memories of a care free youth... Growing up too fast and wishing this world would get a grip and everyone would look after each other!! 90’s music was awesome and i wish i’d appreciated it more now. Most music today sucks so bad... Hurry up and invent the time machine!! Bring back this music and these cool videos!! Amen

We were lucky enough to have been there. Things are always changing, but we were unfortunate for things to change much more quickly than previous generations. Now everything's a mess but we can always come back here to Trees Lounge for a moment and relax.

I can't believe I couldn't find this on Tidal. A lost classic. One of Hayden's best songs
@DecemberGuy77 Жыл бұрын
The live version might be on Streaming. But Hayden doesn't own the rights to this version as it was written for a movie soundtrack. Hopefully the soundtrack will show up on streaming one day..

I need to meet people that like this movie (and Hayden, for that matter) the same way that I do, and not because I encouraged them or showed them how I like it. How can we make this movie more popular so that this can happen?

I just watched it for the first time and that’s how I found this song actually. Love this song and loved the movie. Steve Buscemi is something else and Chloe Sevigny is stunning.

Love This. I bought the soundtrack off of ebay a number of years back just cause of this--couple of great tracks on it---absolutely love the cover of Mudslide on it--and the Pogues song on it is pretty great too. Movie is amazing of course--i saw it in theaters in 9th grade---long before even being familiar with the taste of alcohol---but i loved this movie even then. I got the honor of meeting both Buscemi and Seymour Cassel a couple years back and first thing i said--I Loved Trees Lounge.

haha i guess so. i took driver's ed in valley stream too. the scene in the beginning at the garage with steve buscemi sitting by the pole is on central ave. there is one scene in a car where the characters drive under the train station and head towards sunrise highway. i bet if i watch it again i will recognize more stuff, the scenes with ice cream truck definitly are in one of the neighborhoods of valley stream. i still go to the same pizzeria, genovese, on central ave! it's a great place!

How can this song not tear your heart about. For those who don't know this song is inspired by the case of Susan Smith, who drowned her children by drugging them and rolling the family car into the lake with the two buckled into the back seat in their pajamas. Such an amazing song about such a tragic event.
