Great and very useful video. Thank you for making and posting. It's also worth noting that by looking at the bootstrapped confidence intervals around your indirect effects, (this is Lower Bound BC and Upper Bound BC) you can infer significant mediation if the range does not contain 0. For example, the indirect effect of PJF > CC > EC was .111***. If the confidence intervals were [.100, .122] then you could also infer significance. However, if the confidence intervals were [-.100, .122] you would not, as this range contains 0. Also useful to know what constitutes a full mediation model, or a partial mediation model. If the direct effect is not significant, but the indirect effect is, this is a full mediation (e.g., the relationship is fully explained by the mediator). If both the direct and indirect effects are significant, then this is partial mediation (e.g., the relationship is partially explained by the mediator). Hope this helps someone!
