Something that I’ve actually seen work: putting an oxygen mask on the person without turning the the oxygen on. The mask replaces the paper bag and makes the person think their getting more oxygen, which could help them calm down.

This is the fastest video on youtube to explain hyperventilation, but it needs to be faster. I'm mid emergency, but this is a lull where people gotta drive and coordinate. If an emergency happens, first place we all look is our phone, Google, all the answers SHOULD BE THERE QUICK AND EASY TO READ Nobody else should be panicking like me and have no solid answers
