Could you tell the difference between Paracetamol and Ibuprofen please! which one is more stronger? and why?

Hi Ramila, thank you for your comment. Paracetamol is a pain killer and Ibuprofens are anti inflammatory. Totally different drugs. However giving anti inflammatory drugs for muscle stains will by reducing inflammation also reduce pain. Hope this helps!
