Paintplayer1 it does help I was diagnosed with extreme fat in my liver some time back did doctor told me no grease, sodas, grains only meats and water on side lime water 1 to 2 cups every day n I lost 20 pounds in 1 month and half n my liver got way better along it the lime water did clear the grease n toxins out my body as well corrected my extreme gastritis.
