Kindly enlighten, do I have to associated with a hospital full time or clinical experience in private setup with simultaneous association with a hospital (as Consultant) for admission and management of one's own patients also holds validity.

MRCP is for the medical specialties. It is not needed for surgery. MRCS is for the surgical specialties. Surgery is comepetitive.
