Banana contains lots of potassium..it is very gud fr health.if u have cold or gestational diabetes doctor may tel u to avoid banana as it naturaly contains sugar in it.apart from that curd is very gud fr ur health normally.try to consume curd with ur lunch.milk is ur option.it is gud fr calcium.u can consume if u wish. there is no issue consuming these items.enjy ur pregnancy sis
