About a cancer patient? Are they covered? A lot of them can't take care of themselves, depending on stage and how is their body is affected by it.

If they have Medicare parts A and B as well as Tricare for life, leave those individuals alone. They don't need a Medicare advantage or supplement plan. Medicare parts A and B will pay first as their primary payor and Tricare for Life will act as a secondary payor like a megigap (supplement' for the deductibles and the other 20%. They also provide drug coverage so these individuals don't need a part D prescription drug plan.
