I think it is great that the Open enrollment is 24/7 as it were. My Medigap plan N in DC raises its premiums twice per year and I think it should not be allowed. I am sick of rising premiums that I cannot count on more than once per year. Connecticut may pay more, however, everyone must be accepted and that is how it should be in my humble opinion. I am a former nurse.
