Shisui Uchiha was a famous Naruto Shippuden ninja known as "Shunshin no Shisui" and wielder of the Mangekyo Kotoamatsukami.
Shisui Uchiha was a key ninja in the massacre of the Uchihas since it was the reason why Itachi achieved everything he did, he was always his mentor and he was also the one who took the first step in the entire coup d'etat in Konoha, however, he had an incredible Genjutsu known as the Kotoamatsukami, a technique that was sought by one of Naruto's most dangerous ninjas, Danzo Shimura, to the point that he took his eye and Shisui had no choice but to end his life, giving his remaining eye to his best friend Itachi Uchiha.
But, although Shisui appeared very little in Naruto Shippuden, he was a very important character in everything that happened in Anime.
