Lyric: Tayatha Om Bekanze Bekanze Maha Bekanze Radza Samudgate Soha
Tayatha: Going beyond the limit (beyond Samsara and Nirvana)
Om: A very common word that evokes mental strength and absolute presence.
Bekanze Bekanze: Call the Medicine Buddha twice
Maha Bekanze: Great Medicine Buddha
Radza Samudgate: Completely liberated or awakened
Soha: Soluble in me

The Medicine Buddha is famous not only for his ability to cure many diseases and even cancer, but also for his ability to purify bad karma in the past, his ability to help us on the path to enlightenment. His vow to release repentant prisoners.
Bekandze means to get rid of pain, maha bekandze means eliminate all pain. One explanation of the meaning of the first bekandze is that it deals with the elimination of real suffering, not only of illness but of all the problems that cause suffering.
