Honestly as someone who joined sso back in December and from what I've seen of the old events. This year has been a big disappointment. I truly was looking forward to the birthday event as well as the cloud kingdom. Only to be met with very very little to do during those times or in this case nothing at all. Don't get me wrong the other one with the gold mining was fun but honestly from my perspective If you are leveled and at 25 there was nothing to do. I had quests (still have a bunch of side quests) to fill in that time span. I feel so bad for the older players who have been here for years and for new players too. there were so many things to fill the gap between months like midsummer and easter event. While yes it is good to change things up but for me it feels like there isn't any sort of "get together" events as much as before. I am happy that the halloween and christmas events aren't leaving but honestly I think this was such a corporate decision. All we got was a redeem code for star stables birthday. Like one sweater? We used to get cake hats and awesome redeem codes. I would have loved the little fripp ears! I was really looking forward to enjoying the birthday fun since it would have been my first time. I really think star stable should have had a little last week going away party for the event where people could get the items or at the very least put them in the SHOP like they did for valentines day items. I do love the outfit we got that was free and I was really excited to see what it was gonna look like for the medieval event but I am just fuming that this... this permanent empty space took away something all players not just star riders could enjoy together. It honestly could have come out in November and wouldn't have made a difference. I think the only thing I'm really looking forward to with these coming updates is getting the new hairstyle and a dragon pet. Aside from that I'm saving my excitement for Halloween. Thank you for reading. This just really struck a cord with me.

I agree with you. I think scrapping events for placeholders where we can’t do anything wasn’t a good idea on their part. I do like the horses and the outfits a lot but that’s not adding much value to the gameplay itself. I hope soon they will come out with many more fun events tho! You never know🥰 Thank you for your comment! You made a lot of good points and I read it the day you posted it, I just wanted to find time to properly sit down and write up an answer instead of just throwing it together❤️
