I imagine it's because they aren't part of the original 5 nations so I doubt as much time was spent into their speeches. It's shame though, his voice is amazing.

Indeed, Scotland not only had the best warriors but also the best weaponry, but there was that unfortunate instance where a new cannon that was being tested misfired and they lost their king as a result because he had been so close when it blew.
