Hi! You don´t have to press the mem-button for storing-it will do it automatically.The mem-button is only to recall the stored results.

When he presses the mem button and get 3 different readings which one is the most important one ?

I am not sure how reliable is the measurement by this device. Why is the air hose is left outside? There are other videos where the hose seems to be inside of the cuff.
