What do you use to print these splints? Can they be soft? It looks so easy to make.

If you are asking which resin should be used, then it should be some 'biocompatible Class IIa material'. And for the hardness, it's up to the user and the case. But normally people tend to choose some 'Rigid' material for splints.(Soft for IDBT) You can extend your question to your 3D printer provider as well.
