The soul inspires you to worship and it is most difficult to follow your conscious. The nafs (ego) Is always trying to defend the body. - During meditation, there are many physical effects. You feel energies enter your ears and your hands and feet become subtle to energies. You become more sensitive and attuned to hearing energies when you focus on the sounds. - The zikr of Hu is the best zikr to recite during meditation. Connect, visualise Syedi’s presence and recite your awrad with full tafakkur. - The meditation is the source of power for your heart and soul. Alhamdulillah wa shukran lillah. Alhamdulillah wa Sukranillah Bismillahir Rahmamir Raheem So the best time is from Asr, right when the sun is moving towards its setting mode the day is ending and dying and everyday there's a death and there's a birth at that moment in which the servant sits by themselves isolate from everything, cut everything off and begin to ask Allah azzawajal that `I want to know myself that I want to understand myself and what did I do today, what did I do wrong today, what did i do bad today. If we don't take an accounting of our day and what we've done, then how do we know that we're growing or everyday we're just doing the same bad thing over and over and over and that's why many people never change. They think because they prayed or did they're, they're worshipness everything's great and so. No! If the day didn't have an accounting then we didn't know if we improve that day or worsen that day. So means then everyday is an accounting just a few minutes so My lord just tell me what did i do wrong today, let me just hear my heart so that's the muhasabha, taking accounting of ourselves, as soon as the servant interested in isolating and getting to know themselves. Because this is all about your love for the divinely presence. So if you truly want to reach the presence, you have to first understand your own presence. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Can i ask a question here shaikh? In some situation i hear music that contains bad and forbidden things, i don't want to hear that sounds but i can't left that place nor puting plug on my ears , what should i do if i face similliar situation again?
