@@haileehatfield7694 hi I wish I saw this reply sooner…. I apologize for leaving you hanging. If you’re still looking for information, I did visualize. I was very calm and relaxed, really prior to the meditation itself. I did not put an overwhelming pressure on “this is going to work” but I also did not hold onto doubts that it would work. If that makes sense. I envisioned my person and I focused on the emotions I felt when I envisioned my person. I only listened to this once, and then he messaged me the next morning. But I’ve had to listen to some meditations multiple times before they worked for me. Take your time and be patient with the universe. Good luck to you!

Any other time, it’s taken a few days etc. But I listen to it every couple of months when I need a push from the universe to help me out. This meditation works wonders, during the actual visualization I experienced subtle vibrations and saw orbs and pulses of calming light. It felt as if I had become one with the universe and was floating at that point. The most noticable thing was my SP was actually engaging with me. During the time you asked for us to speak to one another, it was as if we were literally talking to one another about everything we’ve been feeling.
