Horses respond to our desire to change, we need to become aware of what we are thinking, otherwise the relationship that we are trying to build up can go haywire.
All our emotions can teach us something and the horse can he;p us become emotionally balanced. Entering a calm state may take great effort, depending where we are in life, but when practiced a few times it becomes easier to key into. The horse is accepting and will wait for us to work it out, no matter how long it takes.
We can do this exercise when we want to enhance our relationship with our horses or if the horse is injured, ill, or upset about something. It's also a useful exercise before handling or riding if experiencing difficulties. If you do not have a horse it is great to connect at a energy vibration to the horses.
