Meditation is a bossa nova song written by Antônio Carlos Jobim and Newton Mendonça. The song has been recorded by many artist and among them are João Gilberto, Astrud Gilberto, Charlie Byrd, Antônio Carlos Jobim, Frank Sinatra, Doris Day and Dexter Gordon.
When learning jazz/latinjazz it´s good to play arrangement like this when one see the chords in a new way. I really like to play this song because of the fine melody and harmonic structure and can recommend for anyone to learn it and put to the repertoire.

Beautifully arranged, Jobim is such a great composer, my own favourite of him might be "Wave"
