Hey ich wohne am Schwarzwald Nähe Straßburg. Ich konnte heute Nacht zum Glück wieder richtig gut einschlafen, hab mir Abhilfe mit einem Gute Nacht Tee und eben dieser Musik verschaffen. diese Unregelmäßigkeit im Alltag, die durch die Jetzigen Maßnahmen herrschen, muss man alleine bewältigen und sich Selbststrukturen geben^^ Hast wohl echt Geschmack, wenn du Musik von diesem Channel hörst ;)

Beautiful, but definitely not for sleep due to that beep like sound every few minutes. It's like a mini alarm and your brain WILL focus on it the entire time so sleep will be prevented from happening
