Hi, As a Heartfulness practitioner from past 7 months. I would recommend you to try free sittings with instructor that is around 30 minutes. Once you learn you can do on your own as well. You can book your session on Heartfulness website or app. All the best! May all the blessings be with you❤️

🙏🏻, I am very grateful for the heartfulness meditation. But there is a problem, that is continuous practice cannot be done. After each break, the first day I can meditate well, but on the very next day I can't do, there is no effect like yesterday's meditation. Then I gave up and try it after a break.... Can't do continuously ..... Hope somebody will help,.....

In the latest video on the Practical Health channel, it says that there are only 2 types of meditation practices - concentration meditation and mindfulness meditation. Basically, every time I focus on something, only on that object, I meditate. Is it really the case?

I have pains on the left side of my body. Mainly in the lower back and shoulder and then it radiates up and down. It usually comes up when I’m doing physical work, standing or walking for long periods of time. When I meditate, the ache intensifies. This happens almost always. Why does this happen?

It might be that the space you create allows the pain to come more accurately to your conciousness, it might be just helpful to welcome it and be present to it with the heart and see what happen

Has anyone tried to use the app to meditate with a trainer? I tried it, but was confused. Is something supposed to happen? All I hear is "please begin your meditation." I thought there would be more guidance or it would allow me to ask the trainer questions.
