I want you to join me in this 10 minute meditation to release stress, anxiety and embrace your peace and become present in the now. Let go of worry, and start replacing those worst case scenarios with best case scenarios. You see, we use the "What if..." question to expand our consciousness, our awareness and our feelings into something beautiful, something wonderful, and something so good that is happening for us.
