Ma'am, I am in a tf connection with my husband. I got attuned to Reiki (level 1) in July and since then I have been doing chakra healing on a regular basis.. For any such issues firstly u should consult a doctor, if he ensures u that there's no physical problem then it might be the reason related to ur kundalini awakening, just keep meditating that 'll not last long.
