It came off as a regular one of your shorts at first but now I realise this is the most profound video I have ever watched.... A really insightful religious book I read when I was 16 said that you need to have a guru in life, no matter who or what it is. Once you have it you've already took your very first step in the journey of enlightenment. In context of this video, you might not be much older than me but the insights you gave in it really resonated with me, just like a guru.

We went so deep into separation that this knowledge was forgotten, but it has been kept for us, waiting for our return. Only truth can carry us , in life and death and beyond! Nothing else can ! But one has to become it ! 🙏🏻 It is not a concept, not a belief, not a definition, not a conclusion !!! When one begins to realise all the small useless , mediocre worldy ways and realises that we all will inevitably face death and it is staring at our faces all the time, one begins to do what is most needed now ! And in that kind of inner work upon oneself, one has to look for meditation ! And in deep inquiry upon oneself, one begins to see the coming and going nature of thoughts, the body and all the experiences that one goes through in life! But there is always the watcher, who has no name, no color, no religion, no caste, no gender, no nationality, no beginner, no ending, never ever judging anything m u affected by anything, but has been and always been still !!! That, you are talking about ,!! How beautiful it is , how we are all enveloped by it, only those who have truly sat down and enquired knows!!! The smart mind will always yammer ! hahahah😂!, But IT, is never affected by it! I feel that IT knows the play so well that , IT lets the mind do its tricks all the way and plays along!!! I wish, more people experience it more and more , and grow in truth !! Just earning a living, paying bills, a family, kids, relationships, will never suffice a human being! This must be understood atleast! And there is a natural longing in every human being that is constantly trying to expand in many many ways ! those who know money, trying to earn more, those who know alcohol , trying all sorts of things, those who know sports, games, ,,……everything that one does, is knowingly or unknowingly, driven by an inner force that is constantly trying to expand ! And I don’t feel that it is never going to rest, until it finds the boundlessness! Some choose to do it consciously, some do it unconsciously !!! haha😅!

I do love it an appreciate this is true, but i also have a sneaking suspicion this isnt a useful lens for most people, because while its true that when you wake up and become enlightened it is to realise you have always been that way, for most people who aren't there or who have really strong afflictions and delusions clouding their view - then for them thats not going to be a super useful thing. Maybe reminding themselves over and over this is it might spur something and their sense of self will dissolve - but more often i feel its not a useful way to look at it - as it doesn't clarify things for people who are lost, but can maybe make some people mistake their totally unawake existence which doesn't feel 'good enough' subjectively to them as "satisfying" (while really they are upset and restless) I suspect this is why i gravitate towards practices with more direct technologies to get there, because once you awaken there will be no confusion its undeniable. no one will need to lead you there. That being said i love a good dzogchen pointing out instruction ;)
