Namaskar dada. I remember as a young person in India, we would have highly elevated dadas visit us periodically and we would be so excited to revise our lessons and ‘recharge’ our meditation until the next DMC/DMS. That was lost in the past few years but your videos have brought that feeling back! I’ve watched them back to back and by the grace of the beloved guru I can feel the same sweetness in my meditation. For that, I thank you and am grateful to you Dada🙏🏼

Wonderful Explanation. I am meditating for last 5 years. First I used to be a vipassana practitioner but Now i only meditate only on silence. The Kundalini symptoms are true and I have faced these. But Now I feel peace and silence inside.

When i was younger, as i lay in bed i could pull vibrations over my entire body, i would then fall in to a state of mind completely different from awack, or dreams . sometimes i would become conscious of my environment, and with my eyes closed could see the room i was in. could not move at first eventually learning to move with my mind, . allways, after i "awaken " , immense "ENERGY" would shoot up my spine to inside my forehead . this energy would come in rapid waves of intensity, so strong sometimes i could not even walk . for some reason , as hard as i try , it does not happen anymore and i miss it . Pleas Dada , would you explain what this is, and maybe why it stopped ? ty namaste

Many times it happen because of our old good samskara. From past lives. As bad samskara gets over in the same way good samskara will also get over. It will be the precious time do sadhana and achive Brahama. It also happen because of the grace of BABA.

Cause you are forcing to control it. When young we do not control we have faith and allow. Each person that sits in meditation and feels or Has something that happens eg chakra open, feel energy etc wants that to happy next Time ... they force or try and control. It is in the moment of just being is when it happens. I can walk in a park and feel the energy of the trees and walk in the same park for an entire year and not feel it. It doesn’t mean I’m not feeling the energy, or absorbing it but it may mean that I’m not being or trying to feel the same Thing

Meditation steps Thank you. I am having an online course at lithotherapy with our teacher who is a lithotherapist healer, jyotish astrologist and practices so called nadi-processes. I started meditation in February with the help of your channel. Now I add certain practises with crystals we are given for feeling their effect on chakras. They include may be 20 sec period we are asked to speak bidja mantras. First i was scared frankly speaking, but now I use them. I feel they empower chakras. But I am not sure it is quite safe though...

I really really enjoyed your talks about the Chakras. I included your videos in my Svadhyaya Sadhana program concerning Pranamayakosha. in my opinion, it is top quality. thank you for that. now let's get into this video. chakras controlling emotions,..., not really. manifesting is the closest term. to be precise, Shushumna Nadi starts at the perineum, which is the point between your anus and your genitals. as far as my theoretical knowledge goes, ida and pingala are meeting at Ajna chakra, nostrils are significant though because they are the highest point to feel the physical impact of these energies. in meditation, you don't concentrate. in Dharana (concentration) you concentrate. if you are lucky Dhyana (meditation) happens as a reward. the swaying movements of the body help to clear the path of energy rising through the Sushumna Nadi. it does not remove the blocks, but it helps. how? most of the blocks are based on fear, no matter which Chakra. swaying movement is a comforting movement that you experienced as a baby performed instinctively by your parents (hopefully) and the purpose of it was to remove or eliminate the fear. if prana flows more or less without major obstruction through Sushumna Nadi you feel peaceful up to Manipura and Anahatha Chakra. already in Anahatha, you start to feel ecstatic, in Vishudhi you feel power of a different kind, and in Ajna you start to see beyond your physical vision. and it is not always peaceful. those who settle with peace never reached higher than Anahatha Chakra and not even fully open Anahatha. it is not the theory, it is my personal experience. Mantras are just one of many tools you can apply to help to open the path of prana to flow more freely. you can use asanas, you can use mudras, Yantras, Kriyas..., anything that works for you, needless to say, proper use of Mantras is one of the most potent tools you can use. the art of using Mantra (in 7 specific steps) has been almost lost and it is time to rediscover its proper use. .I want to sleep a little bit longer and I want to meditate a little bit longer is the exact same phenomenon. you are just deceiving yourself more cleverly. meditation reaches its value at the point, when you don't want to go any deeper because if you do, something terrible might happen, you may unlock something that you are not ready to unlock, point that you feel like falling into an endless pit and it is terrifying,, so you want to stop right there, but you go on regardless, these are the points that are of tremendous value, but they are not peaceful. very very wrong! emotions propel and enhance prana all the time. The only question is; in which direction? constructive - upwards or destructive - downwards. yes, you can be very calm and peaceful without emotions, just like a vegetable. identification with emotions is another matter. never ever try to accumulate the energy! most people can not do it anyway and for those few who can, it can be very dangerous. accumulating energy is like building pressure ready to explode. it is stupid too. it is like holding your exhalation at a minimum to save oxygen. the more you spend, the more you receive (if there is no major leaking), that is the Law. i think that is enough for part one. see you soon. namaskar.

Dada Namaste! Your this video is great teaching lesson for the people like me, I am doing meditation since 4-5 year & same type of experience I am feeling like, power pressure on my chakras which shakes my body, I don't have any teacher, I am experiencing it only through my practice, sometime I get fear n stop doing meditation because of the experiences which fear me. Now after watching ur video I feel if I will continuously practice meditation without break I will move reach to my goal. I want to ask one question, that I am married and having kids, I have responsibility of my family. I going through financial problems, I feel because of practicing meditation I become so cool that I am not focusing to come out of financial crunch, I don't feel any tension also not taking any action to overcome my financial problem. Is it really true or I become lazy person & blaming meditation not to be more focus to solve problems. Pl guide me. Thanks & Regards Pravesh Roy

oh, you can't speak about sidhis, but Patanjali had no problem describing them? Powers starts with Asana Sadhana, depending on individual mastery. And you don't need mastery, you need initiation to move through and on. But if you have the mastery and the full control over your own body, you have the power over any body. Same with Pranayama Sadhana, if you have full control over your energy, you have the power over anybody's energy. Powers culminates with Dharana, because if you have full control over your own mind, you have the power to control any mind. Meditation - Dhyana, means you give up all the powers, because there is nobody who can control it. It flows uninterrupted, and there is no control, because in a way control in this stage is an hindrance. In meditation, you need to step aside/away and let the things happen by their own accord. If the Yogi operates in the realm of Koshas, Chakras and Kundalini Shakti, he/she is still in this world. It might be very subtle, very refined, but he/she is still on the material side of things. these are important steps, but the true spirituality begins when they are gone in a sense, they are no more of your concern. mind cannot be meditating, person cannot be meditating. when they disappear at least for a moment, meditation happens. it happens to babies a lot, because the personality and the mind is not yet developed, it happens to children sometimes, because the boundaries are still soft, and it happens to Yogis when they develop their ego to such extent, that there is nowhere to go, but to let go. Then the circle is complete and you are IN meditation once again. hmm, about being vegetarian and so on... it is helpful, but but essential. Jesus ate the fish, and lamb, and drank wine, yet he achieved. Buddhist and christian images are full of Amanita Muscaria depictions, so, don't get dogmatic in this area. I'm not advocating them, but I'm not discarding them either. and then there is a topic of Guru/Master and the Teacher and their different functions, but that is for another day.
