Meditation Monday - The Yellow Ray of Joy and Creative Intelligence

Loving this meditation 🧘 I repeat it when I need a pick up. I’m picking up the difference between joy and fun. Joy feels deeper and quieter coming from The heart. Where fun is more cerebral, it’s light and short lived. I’m choosing more joy 🤩 thank you.
