This week, Lorna guides us on a meditation, focussing on reminding us that we are precious. Relax and feel a deep connection to your Guardian Angel as you journey with them.
"Everyone is precious. We all are. Wherever you are, whether you are sitting down or lying down or you're out walking, you can close your eyes and take a deep breath, feel yourself connecting with your Guardian Angel, feel their presence.
Recognise how precious you are to all those that love you and even those that you thought did not love you. See how precious you are to them. Every now and then, your Guardian Angel gives your hand a little squeeze reminding you that you are precious and loved."
