I love to know there are so many people around the world who appreciate to sit quietly, probably alone, in front of videos like this.

Perfect meditation for me……returning to myself is like falling back into myself after leaving for a while. The more agitated I am, the ‘further’ away I am, but don’t know it. This is a wonderful meditation to return home.💚🙏🏼💚

Can meditation be used as an escape from the vicissitudes and challenges of life?
@TaxemicFanatic2 жыл бұрын
Meditation is not a tool to be used for escapism. In fact there is nothing to achieve from meditation, it is simply resting as ones Self. But that is not to say that will not recognize the inherent peace that comes from meditation, or being ones Self. Realise you are the witness of life that does not come and go unlike all the apparent challenges.
@kberken2 жыл бұрын
@@TaxemicFanatic I think that meditation has benefits but I'm guessing that's not what you meant when you said there is nothing to achieve with it. I achieve peace and calm.
@TaxemicFanatic2 жыл бұрын
@@kberken I agree, but feel peace and calm is what is left revealed when we drop all efforts to do anything. Which is why meditation is the art of letting go, and never has a particular goal.
@deni04042 жыл бұрын
Of course it can be used as an escape, like anything else; but it’s a healthy escape. 😊 I can remember a time when the challenges would “drive me to drink”. Now I find refuge in meditation/being myself. Bless You!
@TaxemicFanatic2 жыл бұрын
@@deni0404 this would define meditation as something to "do" in order to achieve something, which is a slight misconception as mediation is not a "doing". It would still be the search for happiness or lasting peace in something which is transient/comes and goes.

Thank you for your teachings 🤍 Please can a wise non-dualist advise how you achieved seeing through feelings? For instance with thoughts can be nullified in to ‘subtitles’ when notice they aren’t self aware. How can feelings be approached to be seen through in the same way as thoughts please? Awareness of breaking down the feeling, into a sensation, into movement, universal presence I can do, however I want to see through the movement… I enquire is the movement self aware or can itself stop moving?, but it doesn’t transform/ dissolve the way thought does.. I might be going off track…. I am drawn to collapse everything down to the immovable, peaceful, silence, but consciously being that is very difficult, tends to happen by fluke with me; once in a blue moon kind of frequency and that’s not good enough 😤 Your guidance would be super appreciated! 🙏🏼🤍
