We Meditators only can understand that our souls are one, and have come on this earth from same One Universal Energy Chetna, thus we are all one Energy, one Chetna but variuous religions have enclosed themselves into own shell..! one has to understand and feel oneness in every sentient being..! Among all these fanatic religions Hindu is most fanatic, barbaric religion hence, it cannot be called a religion at all which has divided each and every individual in duality.. divide and rule and exploit. Kavita Mam ji you have rightly mentioned that we (hindus) are entangled themselves in blind faith, fake rituals, etc. This religion survived because of such foolish people having fobia, डर, भ्रांती, fear of (non existing) gods. It is very much true that we (hindu) don't want to love and take love.. hence whole hindustan (not India) is sea of sufferings and has been turned into a big Assylum of Mental Hospital since thousands of years..! Hence Bhagwan Buddha never recommended to worship him as a God, even He rejected to offer Garlands to Him. He just recommended to follow his teachings. Anapansati is His own invention for realisation of one's higher self.. No god of this great land has ever taught unconditional and compassion.. Pitamaha Patriji who is the only pious (Atma) being of India (not hindustani) who has realised himself and vowed to make everybody a Buddha and turned the whole world as a land of Buddha..! Atmavandan Pitamaha Patriji..!

Is dhyan me koi mantra, koi bhagwan ko nahi rakha jata, sirf apni aati aur jati hui sanson par dhyan karna hota hai. Mantra ko sunna mantra jaap me aata hai, dhyan nahi. Spiritual reality ki video hindi aur english me available hai, use dekhen aur samjhen🙏🌷
