Thank you. These are helpful Narrator: focus on your breath. My mind: *visualises all kinds of wild scenarios that I must suppress* Narrator: Stop focusing on breathing and let your mind do what it wants My mind: *blanks out*

LOL...perfect description 😅 As soon as one starts to meditate a whoooole grand "cinematic" production begins in your mind...it must not be supresed, just moved to the side like all other thoughts🤷🏽‍♂️😅😅😅

I like how your meditations are free from distracting music, bells or chimes. It really helps me to focus on just my breath and body! Thank you! 💕

15 minutes in and I feel like a new person. My headache is almost gone, my brain fog is also almost gone and I feel motivated to do things. Amazing what a simple 15 minute meditation can do. Thanks man I will return to your channel tomorrow evening :) perhaps you have some meditation for visualization/accomplishing short and long term goals you set for yourself?

I think this is exactly what I need. I am motivated and tough, but resisting urges and ESPECIALLY focusing on what I’m doing is extremely hard for me. I’ll be back to this video a lot.

I would add some comments to those made 2 weeks ago. Patience is increased somewhat and a feeling of being in control of your mind and thinking is reinforced. Personally, I did not identify any connection to managing procrastination or focus. I still think this is a very useful meditation.

Thank you. I’ve been really upset at myself lately. I’m in EMDR and talk therapy weekly and weaning off medical marijuana prescribed to me. It’s been really really difficult and so many emotions that were suppressed have come rushing forward. It feels like there’s 24 televisions on at the same time in my head sometimes which makes focusing and being consistent with tasks really difficult.

Urges, when occuring in childhood, youth, and adolescence, and remain unfufilled or fufilled with lack of discipline can become cravings and in some cases obsessions that lead to feelings of anxiety, fear, and threaten the very habitual thinking of the mind. In other words, thoughts and the very act of thinking can lead to troubling anxiety. If what I am saying applies to me, then this meditation does gain importance for me,

Wonderfully clear and simple, with no distracting music. Your voice is soothing in its matter-of-factness. I also loved the interludes of silence - very calming. Felt totally refreshed afterward. Thank you!

Whenever a negative thought arises, label it in your mind as a ‘suggestion’, something which you do not need to follow because you control which thoughts you give power to

When I do this meditation , I fall asleep in 5 min and wake up just at the end .. it is good ?
