@@anando9688 While declaring I am no body / no authority, this mantra can be chanted without a guru. Please start on an auspicious day (thithi in a sukla paksha) preferably in your favorite deity temple.. and continue to chant every day in your pooja room or at the pooja altar. Another popular Sri Vidya Guru said that this chant / mantra removes the ego, that speeds up the spiritual progress and you need to focus in your chest region / keeping your attention there (you can also toggle right to left and back on your chest as you chant). Good luck.
