Title:-Mediterranean Platter
Ingredients :-
1. Bolied white chane
2. Garlic
3. Ginger
4. Green chilli
5. Salt
6. Red chilli powder
7. While seame seed
8. Curd
9. Lemon juice
10. Desi ghee
11. Cucumber
12. Onion slices
13. Cheery tomato
14. Olive oil
15. Coriander leaves
16. Lemon slice
17. Flax seeds
18. Sesame seeds
19. Kidney beans(boiled)
20. Kineua
21. Olives
Recipe:-
1.First of all we need to To make the best hamas, we put white boiled gram, a little bit of garlic, ginger, green chillies and some red chilli powder in a mixer jar.
2.Add Some white sesame seeds , some curd or juice of 2 lemons.
3.Now grind all this well in the mixer.
4.When the hummus is ready, add some desi ghee to it and grind it once again in the mixer.
5.Grind our hammus a little coarsely.now take it out in a bowl.
6.When the hummus piece is ready, add some desi ghee to it and grind it once again in the mixer.
7.Now to prepare the salad, take chopped green cucumber in a separate bowl, add onion, cherry tomato, add salt as per taste or some olive oil, add coriander leaves, squeeze some lemon and add flax seeds or sesame seeds.and mix well.
8.Now to prepare the platter, we need boiled quinoa, boiled kidney beans, boiled white gram and some boiled olives.
9.Now for plating, put some hummus in the center of a plate, on the side put the salad that we have prepared, or on the side, add kidney beans, white chole, olives or quinoa. Now add some white til on top of all these. or olive oil..
10.Now ready to serve
