Beautiful landscape and photos, Stephen ! I was particularly taken with the wonderful (!) captures of the forest interior with the naturally filtered light . I like panoramic aspect ratios, but I preferred the closer to square aspect ratios for the forest captures, as well as for a number of the other images throughout the video. One technical question if I may ? I’ve thought of buying protective lenses, either clear or UV, for my Fujinon GF lenses. I’ve sort of settled on doing without them, and relying on my lens hoods and caps. Can you please give me your thoughts on the matter?

Thank you. When I bought my lenses, got the Fuji lens protection filters.

Another enjoyable video. I really like the images of the trees which work wonderfully with the panorama aspect ratio. Good to hear the sand flies didn’t make an appearance 😊. Safe travel.

Hello Stephen, when you describe the scene and what you are preparing to do I hear the "WE" but I see that it is only you in the video. Unless you are speaking and including the audience to whom you are introducing each location and describing your shots that you prepare to take. Just my observation while I have been watching quite a few of your videos. As always the images and places are beautiful and very pleasing. Cheers.

Hello Stephen. Your surroundings are magnificent. Have you also taken still photographs using your drone ? Perhaps one of you standing next to your camera confronting that immense scenery ? I humbly request that at the start of the video having a recap or look at your gear in a lay flat orientation would be helpful and add more context on the gear. But you decide. Thank you for making this video. By the way your edits will n the raw images are tasteful and not overdone.

make 2 images and stack them in PS, one long exposure just for the water, one short exposure for the mountains.

Composite photography is an option. Returning on a day with more favourable weather conditions is another option.

I see you crop your images to panorama. Have you considered stitching images together for maximum quality? Regards, Barrie

Yes, with a 50mp sensor and the ability to use Adobe Resolution Enhance, I don’t see the need to stitch photos together.

@@StephenMilner I know. I've the 50r, (same sensor) and the image quality is outstanding. I've never tried the enhance tool in PS. Is it very good then? Regards

I tested it and it works well. It doubles the size of the file. It’s possible to do something similar with Capture One. The export size can be increased by a desired percentage.

@@StephenMilner Can I ask you one more question? Do you use it after processing image. Or do you use it on the raw image before any adjustments? Regards
